Who Receives It

TLS encryption in transit, card details held by the payment processor, identity documents restricted to verification staff with logged access.

Retention and Rights

Records are retained for the statutory period after account closure and then deleted. Requests for access, correction, marketing withdrawal or deletion go to support and are answered within thirty days.
